Welcome to VELTER's dedicated data deletion page for the Shielding Tester and WhiteShield applications. We prioritize your privacy and provide an easy process to delete your account and associated data.

Request Account Deletion To request account deletion, follow these simple steps:
1. Enter your email address associated with your account.
2. Input your password for verification.
3. Optionally, write a brief comment about your reason for leaving.
Once you have filled in these details, click on the "Submit" button to send your request. We will process it and delete your account and associated data within 5 working days. What Data Will Be Deleted?

On approving your request, we will remove the following data linked with your account:
- Email Address: This is your primary identifier in our system.
- Name: Your personal name associated with your account.
- Password: Your private access key.
- Test Data: This includes the count of tests performed, the specific devices used, and the results of these tests.

Please note that this action is irreversible. After your account and associated data are deleted, you will not be able to retrieve or recover any of the data. Thank you for using our applications.
